Organic farming, no sulphur
These vines are 45 years old. 50% was direct press, the other 50% was de-stemmed by hand and the grapes were macerated for 10 days. The wine was raised in old barrels for 10 months. No battonage, no fining or filtration, and no SO2 at any stage. Only 600 bottles produced. Quite a light colour due to the short maceration, so it's not evidently orange as such.
