Norton Summit vineyard was picked first and de-stemmed. Forest Range vineyard was picked a week later (100% whole bunch) and added to the rolling ferment. The ferment was pressed once dry to new and used french oak (40% NEW).  Bottled with love and minimal sulphides. Wow! I love this wine. It's bright, delicious, spicey, fruity, jubey and has a serious resonance in the glass that keeps you coming back for more. The fruit here is supported by some subtle sappy new oak.
