Ripe apricot, mandarin peel and juicy peach are joined by dried herbs, orange blossom and a little warming spice. There's plenty of generosity on the palate, with rounded fruit, chewy tannins and a lovely savoury edge. Fresh acidity keeps everything lively, finishing dry, textured and pleasantly grippy.
