FIN could easily be a misspelling of FUN because every wine from their stable abounds in it. This grenache/zinfandel blend comes from a vineyard planted on red granite sand soils, with the roots heading deep, through layers of ancient river gravel, seeking the cool aquifers beneath.

They were picked and fermented separately, both destemmed and spent two weeks on skins before being pressed to stainless steel tanks. The result is an eminently drinkable yet pleasantly substantial chillable red.
