Michel Girard, with sons Philippe and Benoit, produce outstanding wines from 20ha of estate vines planted in all three of Sancerre's distinct soil types; silex, caillottes and terre blanches. Their annual release is a deft blend of selections from all of their sites wild-fermented and aged in steel to preserve the delicacy of their mineral-rich terroir.

Hand-harvested fruit is gently pressed then blended and raised for nine months on fine lees to imbue texture and weight. Indisputably wonderful Sancerre.
