Josephine Perry of Dormilona produces fun-loving and eminently slurpable wines from the Swan Valley—Western Australia’s oldest wine region—under her Yokel label. 

Chenin Blanc is hand harvested from the Pinelli vineyard in the Swan Valley. Whole bunch pressed to large format oak, amphora and stainless steel, creating a fun, fresh, zippy white with tropical fruit flavours. Unfined, unfiltered so some sediment remains.
