After a decade of vintages in France—including a stint at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti—Marc returned to Australia with wine in tow having begun importing wines of note from France.
Another good year for gamay Marc tells us, with lower yields helped fend off disease pressure. Whole bunch semi-carbonic maceration with around two weeks in concrete, followed by ten months in old French oak. A filigreed, elegant gamay that has enough meat on the bone to dance with autumn fare.
