After a decade of vintages in France—including a stint at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti—Marc returned to Australia with wine in tow having begun importing wines of note from France.

He tells us that the quality of these grapes were the highest he’s seen from the vineyard. It ferments and ages for ten months on lees in seasoned French oak, developing a generosity of texture that remains underpinned by a prickly acidity.
