Somos means ‘we are’ in Spanish. Rather existentialist, though the wines that Ben and Mauricio craft are not inaccessibly esoteric, but rather wonderfully democratic, vibrant and, most certainly, fun. Minimal intervention, minimal volumes. Much of it sees export to South and Central America where your tanned, tangoing doppelganger enjoys them post-siesta. Be more like them: take the siesta and then party well into the evening with good friends, food and wine. Salud!

100% biodynamically-farmed, unfined and unfiltered Verdelho. It’s spicy, citrusy and rich but with a fresh frame that keeps everything together. One of the best value oranges we’ve seen in a while.
