Manifest in this garnacha-blend,  spiked with soupcons of dolcetto, mataro, syrah, malbec and cabernet franc. Bright and bouncy, evoking childhood memories of old coil-loaded trampolines. Chill for a half-hour, but don’t drink cold as the few roaming tannins firm up too much.
