Tom Shobbrook is one of the forefathers of Australian natural wine. Now farming and producing for more than a decade, his wines are loved both locally and abroad so this addition to the stable is very welcome.
Tom found the old remaining Pedro Ximenez vines he works with today produce complex and delicious fruit. This will age wonderfully, but is drinking particularly well—now especially after a day or two open. N.B. This is an oxidative style of wine, smelling and tasting of grilled nuts and sea spray.
