We received a tiny allocation of the 2022 spring release from Ochota Barrels and this was indisputably one of the highlights. It tastes as it looks except with more breadth and gusto than one may anticipate, making it a great food rosé.
Primarily pinot noir with a splash of grenache, it is crushed and left on skins for a short time before being pressed into a mix of stainless steel and French oak. Chill it down and let it warm up in the glass for a delicious vinous journey.
