GioVino is a collaborative project between Dario Serrentino of Mortellito and QuelVino. Dario used to sell his incredibly well farmed grapes to COS and Frank Cornelissen before estate bottling.

The value here is always immense, but this may be one of the best releases we’ve seen yet. From the sun-kissed and sea-sprayed vineyards of Val di Noto and Buonvini, Dario harvested nero d’Avola and grillo, fermented separately then combined for an immensely moreish tavolo rosso. Refrigerate for thirty before drinking.
