FIN could easily be a misspelling of FUN because every wine from their stable abounds in it. Still on its own roots, this Roussanne block was planted in 1995, on the granitic soils of Tahbilk. 

It’s fruit-driven and floral with a piquant, pulsing acidity that’s incredibly moreish. A great food wine as it wraps around sauces effortlessly. This really worked for us with Chinese, but it would waltz well with all things spice-driven.
