Jo Perry has really figured out this serious-not-serious style of wine that ticks all the boxes of everyday drinking. Here she takes hand-harvested tempranillo and shiraz and gently steers them in the direction of juiciness with a faint, but perceptible, structure. 

Thus, what could be a simple and delicious wine is turned into a delicious and interesting wine, great to drink with nothing at all, or entirely at home with hearty fare. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with a touch of sulphur.
