Peggy & Jean-Pascal Buronfosse moved to J.F. Ganevat’s village La Combe de Rotalier in 1999 after growing tired of life in the city. Originally, their dream was to have a farm, but viticulture gradually drew their curiosity. They realised that they wanted to grow both their food and their drink. After acquiring several small vineyard parcels, they began working with trial and error, as well as gaining guidance from Monsieur Ganevat.

This indigenous variety of the region is completely de-stemmed and macerated for 8 days, followed by ageing in oak barrels of different vintages. An elegant nose of red fruits and mineral salts, light and refined, at the same time complex and deep. Pure Jura in the glass.
