Denton’s View Hill vineyard is a special spot in the Yarra. The cabernet vines sit on the northwestern slope in a warmer area near the top of the vineyard. The fruit is picked early to retain natural acidity then handled gently to produce a cabernet for early drinking. 

Herbaceous and plush, it’s a glass before, with and after dinner kind of wine, particularly if that dinner features some red-hued protein.
