The Turbo Lover Riesling fully illustrates his passion for this versatile grape, creating a wine full of flavour and character. 85-year-old vines in the Barossa see a short time on skins before a longer slumber on lees in old oak. Very far removed from the often shrill rieslings of SA, it is layered, plush and painfully delicious.
