Yūgen is a Japanese concept of aesthetics and means ‘a profound and mysterious sense of the beauty in the universe’. Inversely, this wine is an Australian concept of deliciousness and means ‘to drink liberally in bodies of water amongst convivial company’.
Sauvignon Blanc on skins from three weeks followed by a year’s hibernation in old oak alongside Moscato and Pinot Gris. We can’t legally condone dawn drinking, so perhaps a tropical sunset instead?
