On meeting Dylan Grigg, it’s immediately obvious that he knows what he is talking about. After an extended sojourn in Catalonia , he has returned to his hometown to takeover an old grenache vineyard (with some parcels up to 100-years-old) and foray into winemaking with the help of Peter Schell from Spinifex.
The result is an ethereal and depthful wine that captures the prettiness and elegance of grenache at its apogee. Wonderful on opening, but don’t hesitate to decant.
