Brendan and Laura Carter craft wines from Mediterranean varieties that are Italian both in origin and style. They work with varieties like Fiano, Nero d’Avola and Barbera to create eminently approachable and particularly food-friendly wines. 

This is one of three single-site Fianos they produce and the most generous of the trio. Warm days in Polish Hill River develop riper fruit which is front and centre, but Fiano’s trademark brisk acidity keeps it all quite fresh. Great value and a gem at the table.
