Born from a love of southern French varieties, Paul Old began The Lost Plot (the name an homage to his time at Les Clos Perdus in Corbieres) to work with fruit he felt had something to say.

Now made by Matt Campbell of Crittenden, this is bright, supple and approachable shiraz lifted by a splash of roussanne. Wonderful with all things barbecued.
