Jared of Jilly Wines in New England, SA and Daniel of Sigurd in Barossa have teamed up to craft this crunchy, fresh blend of chardonnay, arinto and apera.
The fruit was handpicked from an organic vineyard in Adelaide Hills and balances juvenile freshness with a salty creaminess, resulting in an immensely thirst-quenching wine. The addition of apera, a Sherry grape, is both noticeable and welcome, adding a dimension of zippiness and nuttiness.
