The second release of this wine that is every bit as good as the first. Pinot Gris on skins for 25 days, bottled without any additions including sulphur. Watermelon, musk and a hint of Campari on the nose. The fresh zingy palate has some blood orange tartness but the skinsy texture gives it more harmony. It finishes with a crisp, refreshing hit of natural acidity. Built for sunshine.
