The Margan family have been growing grapes and making wine on the volcanic soils of Broke Fordwich for more than 25 years. The property now has over 100ha of organically-farmed vineyards—no easy feat! All wines are made with no additions except for sulphur at bottling
A tiny block of chardonnay planted in the 70s made with little artifice. No new oak, no malolactic fermentation, just stainless steel and old large-format oak results in a very fresh, crunchy chardonnay for (very) easy drinking.
