Made right in the sweet spot of skin-contact Pinot Gris, with a very moreish bitter almond finish and just enough grip to keep things interesting. Single vineyard fruit on skins for three days, in barrel for three months and then bottled unfined, unfiltered. Slightly herbal, slightly spicy, slightly citrusy and very thirst-quenching, this is a perfect aperitif style orange.
