Pat’s wines are wonderful, but his chardonnays have really come into their own in the last few releases, and this is indisputably the most complete yet. 

Sourced only from the Dash Farms site on the southern ridge of Leanganook, a site that sits at a lofty 475 masl. Pat took a slightly more experimental approach to the vinification of this wine. The fruit was handpicked over four passes and each batch fermented separately in a variety of oak vessels: new, old, big, small, French and Slavonian.
