Francis Boudin is a traditionalist who crafts Chablis naturally without barrels in his cellar. The vineyard has a rich history, with the incredible tale of Boudin Sr. hiding in a barrel during German occupation. 

Classic old school Chablis right here and in a vintage that plays right into that strength. No oak here, this is for the purists. Oyster shell, of course, a little sea spray and a marked wild mint character. High quality, well-priced Chablis in a world of rising prices.
