Jean-Baptiste Cordises or ‘JB’ is a much loved and highly recognisable character in Australia’s natural wine community. His face first appeared here on the floor of City Wine Shop where he would lovingly guide guests toward bottles leaning to the natural world. Countless vintages across the world have seen him making wine in Europe, Australia and even Sake in Japan. He soon established himself in South Australia’s Basket Range community where he has worked with the roll call of winemaking greats. He is now making his own wine under the label ‘Jean Bouteille’ and we are very excited about it!
