A network of Immels have inhabited the Rheinhessen for over seven centuries. This weingut was established in 1754 and has been passed from generation to generation until landing in the hands of Georg Riser, a skilled winemaker who has worked with Benjamin Leroux in Burgundy, Didier Dagueneau in the Loire, and Wagner-Stempel in Rheinhessen. 

His Trocken (dry) tiesling is lightning-bright filled out by storm clouds of just-ripe tropical fruit. Seafood is the waltz partner, raw or only flashed.
