Hills Collide is the brainchild of winemaker Mitch Fitzpatrick and restaurateur Shane Ettridge. This aim is to craft fruit-forward and eminently drinkable wines that are a pleasure to drink with or without food.
Their light red is absolutely that: a slurpy blend of dolcetto, barbera, nebbiolo that is exceedingly bright and guzzleable, made fresh by a pulsating line of brisk acidity. Drink with a chill alongside salty snacks.
