Barney Flanders was gifted with two Simpsons names. He was also gifted with an uncanny ability to create wines of personality and presence from his home on the Mornington Peninsula. 

His Pinot Noir is a leading benchmark in the country and his Chardonnay is riveting. No surprise then that he has created a brilliantly slurpable and vibrant wine from Chardonnay’s Burgundian little cousin: Aligoté. A mere three rows is all that goes into this wine, from a 30 year old vineyard in Tuerong who’s roots dive deep into the grey sandy loam soils beneath its feet. Fresh, focused and compelling!
