Fin wines, a fermentation collective, launched in January 2020 with a range of vinos, cidre, and piquette. Fin wines is producing young, fresh wines, ciders, and “fun” drinks with an emphasis on drinkability. We are doing this a very lo-fi way in terms of minimal additions, no filtering, spontaneous fermentation, and no fancy winemaking techniques.
Taungurung Vermentino & Viognier, and Wurundjeri Chardonnay & Riesling, blended by Fin and Byrdi. Fruit picked lean and boisterous. Wild fermented. Lemon barley water, spicy leatherback honey undertones with electric acidity, texture like sun. It’s got bubbles. Rippidy Dee. Biggidy bang.
