Eleven Sons is a project by M Sokolin, winemaker and owner of Gray & Bread Wine in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. The wines are a collection of wines he’s been working on yet they are not necessarily related. He makes three wines from the Pyrenees in western Victoria and two reds from Sierra de Francia in Spain.

Matosinhos is organically farmed touriga nacional from the Pyrenees. Whole bunches are gently foot-trodden and let free to flesh out on its skins. All plums and exotic spices.
