EDAN Wines is winemaking couple Ashton Edward Hendriks and Carla Anne Botha (ED.AN is a combination of their middle names) who met in Mudgee in 2017 where they were both working for the same winery. 

This is a blend of semillon and gewurztraminer from NSW’s Central Ranges (Mudgee & Canowindra). Lime and citrus notes hit the palate with a very subtle saline finish and crunchy acidity. Lower in alcohol with super fresh vibrancy, it makes for the perfect lunchtime wine.
