EDAN Wines is winemaking couple Ashton Edward Hendriks and Carla Anne Botha (ED.AN is a combination of their middle names) who met in Mudgee in 2017 where they were both working for the same winery. 

Sangiovese is 100% Mudgee fruit that sees 25% carbonic maceration and 30% new oak. Expect a full flavoured, juicy red with violets and blue fruits that could also do with a light chill in the warmer months, not in the cooler months.
