Crowther Collective is the brainchild of Sebastian Crowther, Master Sommelier and wine importer. He’s teamed up with some of his favourite winemakers to create three wines, a chardonnay and pinot meunier from Henty and cabernet franc and malbec from the Clare Valley.

The Cooper Pinot Meunier is made with Josh Cooper at Cobaw Ridge. The fruit is from Henty, a stone’s throw from Crawford River. It’s whole bunch pressed into steel then transferred to old oak on fine lees for a year. Less than 300 bottles were made.
