Bondar is a family winery making wines from regions McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills. Their home is the iconic Rayner Vineyard in McLaren Vale and their desire is to make bright, layered and intriguing wines.

This chardonnay comes off a single block in Echunga in the Adelaide Hills and is hand-picked, lightly pressed, then left to rest for ten months. The resulting wine is wonderfully balanced with white peach interlacing with cedar oak and a hint of moreish flintiness.
