The first Carbonic Chardonnay since 2017! Not for want of love but for the reality of several years of smaller vintages than what was just experienced in 2017. This is chardonnay designed to be enjoyed fresh and young. It sees the full carbonic maceration treatment as it’s name would suggest and some mild skin contact. It is a short story about white peach and white flowers, that ends with a crisp apple candy full stop. It was fermented in concrete for 10 days before being pressed to stainless steel. A park wine if I’ve ever seen one.
