Al and Adriana studied and worked in architecture for half a decade before they turned their attention from design to dirt. The dirt being Al’s family farm in Gippsland which, save a few orchards, vines and rogue eucalypts, was void of flora and fauna.
They now farm the vineyards they planted organically and with great care. This Chardonnay exemplifies that care—and an architect’s attention to detail. There’s plenty of nuance here, so pour into your biggest glass and let it open up.
