The resulting wines are remarkably elegant and nuanced, truly capable of rivalling the great growers of Champagne in both detail and ageability.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2018 Rosé de Saignée is 100% Pinot Noir, with a short maceration bringing both colour and structure. Wild strawberry, blood orange and rose petal lead, layered with brioche, spice and a subtle savoury edge. The palate is powerful yet finely cut, with taut acidity, fine mousse and a long, mineral finish.
