Si Vintners is about natural farming.  They aim to truly express the land upon which they vines grow, with minimal intervention in both the vineyard and winery.

Hand harvested, pressed, settled overnight then transferred to barrels for fermentation. Chardonnay (Gingin clone) from the same site as Bella. Slightly higher up the hill, more gravel, better drainage. Pristine white peach, kernel fruit and salty freshness. Genuine depth is countered by great energy, detail and salinity.
