Nebbiolo from young vines planted on the steep clay slopes of Starderi, one of Barbaresco’s most famous crus. This spent a month on skins, before being transferred to botti grandi for élevage. This has everything we look for in great Nebbiolo from this part of the world, with fine tannins, subtle power and delicate flavours of earth and rose. A wine that over delivers in every way.
