Les Fruits is my winemaking project using naturally and biodynamically farmed grapes sourced out of the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. Produced in a shed in Basket Range, the winemaking is simple and traditional. All wines are matured on lees in old French oak barrels of varying sizes. Nothing is added except minimal sulphur at racking and/or directly before bottling. All wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered
Light, savoury deliciousness. Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir with a splash of Barossa Cinsault. Just a single barrel made!
