Christine Dupuy took the first step to defy stereotypes back in 1993 becoming the youngest female winemaker in the region with her second step being that of changing the perception of the tannat.
Traditionally regarded as a tannic beast, Christine’s gentle touch has turned it into a jubey and eminently drinkable wine of verve and personality. It undergoes carbonic maceration to avoid harsh extraction and doesn’t see sulphur at any point in its life and is, consequently, brimming with joie de vivre. This is the warm, joyous southwest bottled.
