Jean Foillard is one of the most iconic names in modern day Beaujolais. Using traditional practices, Foillard weaves a mesmerising tapestry of texture, clarity and energy through each of his creations.

Cuvée Corcelette is taken from 80-year-old vines in Morgon — the 'younger' vines of his Coté du Py. Corcelette is a lither, more floral and racy depiction of this famous terroir.

Irresistible nose of crushed strawberries, stones and minerals. The soils here are sandy over decomposed pink granite. Often the most gentle and most immediately attractive release from Jean, this again is very svelte. Superb mouthfeel, silky bright and attractive. A big, silky dimension - finishes fresh and clear. A great Corcelette.
