Michael Bertoni farms 34ha of land, 8ha of which are planted to indigenous varieties to Emilia-Romagna. He’s been farming this land for over twenty years and firmly believes in natural cultivation, employing only organic or biodynamic practices in the vineyard and the cellar.
Somewhere between a dark rose and light red, this is immensely refreshing and satisfying summer drinking. Slightly herbal, slightly savoury, it’s a great party starter with salty snacks.
