Michael Bertoni farms 34ha of land, 8ha of which are planted to the indigenous varieties of Emilia-Romagna. He’s been farming this land for over twenty years and firmly believes in natural cultivation, employing only organic or biodynamic practices in the vineyard and the cellar.
This bianco verges on arancia after seven days of skin contact. Hyper aromatic (surprise, surprise) and laden with candied orange, honeysuckle and lemon pith. Absolutely delicious and very moreish.
