The Casterlcerino Cru sits at 320m with a Southeast exposure on medium-textured volcanic soil. Vine age is approximately 60 years. Aged for 9 months on fine lees and a short period in bottle before release.
Replete with almonds, lemon peel, apple blossom and ginger. Mineral driven with tension and acidity. Grows in complexity with air, medium texture with striking freshness. Grapefruit, lemon curd, red apple and spice on the palate with great length.
