Olé! is Dirupi’s entry-level rosso, but you wouldn’t guess it because the quality is immense and apparent. It is 100% nebbiolo and made with fruit taken from all seventeen of their vineyards. 

The style is deliberately dialled to prettiness and drinkability. Smelling it is an absolute joy and in the mouth it is supple and persistent. We love this style of nebbiolo as it takes a truly enthralling yet often abrasive wine in youth and allows for immediate (and rapid) consumption.
